You will also have 2 rest days per week when you don’t work out at all, but do make sure you still get an adequate amount of sleep, eat right, and relax! Everyone has their own genetic potential for how much muscle they can build (your genetic ceiling). Once you've reached that point, trying to build more muscle through exercise alone won't happen no matter how much effort you put into it.
